Tsarami is our favorite doe in the herd. She had a littermate sister who was very similar to her who died as a two year old. Tsarami's strength of topline and pasterns, correctness of legs both fore and rear, length, depth and mammary make her the type of doe we like to have, especially combined with her productivity. Even after years of high production, her udder is still extremely snug in attachment.

Tsarus, a Tsarami son is sire to Poetry, who appraised 89 EEEE as a yearling. She is also a half sister to Taesar, a hersire who was highly consistent in producing daughters of great correctness and productivity. She is also dam to Trace of Sun, a current herdsire.

This is a line of high-appraising and high-milking does. Whitley is a littermate sister to USDA Elite Doe GCH KV Tsaesar P Whitney in Sonja Reichers herd. She was TOP TEN for 2006 and again in 2008. She is the dam to Kapra Vista Sno Phoenix, and has two daughters in the herd, Whisper and Weslee.

Her strengths are her length, levelness, smooth blending and well-attached mammary.

Shairone is no doubt one of the best does in the herd, coming very close to  Tsarami for favorites! She excels in mammary, having an incredible area of attachment. She is a large doe with a good amount of bone, strong pasterns and level rump. Her production was outstanding as a first freshener, earning her Top Ten placing, and she continues to impress us with her steady lactations which have earned her Top Ten records for every lactation.

Shairone milked through this year and is doing a great job of it, still producing 10# in late October.

Tsavari is a large-boned doe who still retains dairy character. She is long with a strong topline and flat, level and wide rump. As with all of the Taesar offspring, she is showing the correctness of legs and strength of pastern, and the wonderful height and width of rear udder with a long fore attachment. Tsavari was dry in
2010, and it was nice to have her back milking this year.

Her dam was littermate to Tsarami, sired by Sharidan, a Hy-Crest Countess Constantine son.

Shairel is a maternal half sister to Shairone, showing the strength of her maternal line. Like her sister, her udder is strongly attached, she has great body capacity and power throughout. She is a very correct doe and an asset in the milk room, too.

Shairel has slowed down in the last year, and we are hoping to get a daughter from her this year,
not knowing how many more years she will be productive.

Wait N is a long level doe much like her dam. She has a long and flat rump, smoothly blended front end with exceptionally smooth shoulder blending, and very strong dairy character. She is a more stylish type of doe than her dam however.

Both of her daughters, Wait N See and Wait N 4 Ever, are beautiful and productive members of the herd.

We took Wait N to the one show in 2010 where she placed first and first udder in the 4 year old class.

Whirlpool has always been an impressive milker, from the time she freshened as a two year old. She is a pretty doe, and correct with a very well attached mammary. There is little I would change about this doe.We lost her dam, Witness, in kidding. Witness was sired by Tsarus who was a Tsarami son and her dam was the littermate sister to Whitley.

At age 5, Whirlpool continues to milk strongly with a high test of 19.4# before our tester left us. Her daughters from this year were both lovely--Kapra Vista North Star Wager remains in the herd and scored
EcVEc with Ec overall at 5 months.

Wonder is a tall doe with lots of substance and an udder that has total area of attachment! She has shown such a change from last year, which is what we are seeing with most of the Icon daughters. There is a great increase in substance and stature over the year, as well as extension of the fore udder. Wonder was shown once in 2010, earning BSDIS and BUIS!!

Wonder's udder continues to improve each year, as does her production. She is an overall outstanding doe.

Tsarae is a tall and long doe who is getting more level as she matures. She has straight and well-placed front legs and correct angulation to the rear legs. Her udder is strongly attached both fore and rear, though I would like to see smaller teats on her. She is also one of the stronger milkers in the herd.

Fenom's granddams, both Alma and Francine, are National Show winners. Fenom came to the herd as a kid and freshened for the first time as a 2 year old. She milked a large amount for a first freshener out of a well attached capacious udder. She milked enough to earn first place for milk on the 2009 Breed Leader List!!

In 2010 she again placed first for production on the Top Ten list and started 2011 at the same level. We feel badly that she wasn't able to prove her ability to continue that honor for a third years. We were pleased with her linear appraisal scores this year, showing she is more than production--also a very well put together doe.

Fenom excels in dairy character as well as body capacity. She is a long-bodied doe with a very strong topline and one of the most flat and wide rumps in the herd. She has a high rear udder with good fore extension and a strong medial, along with correct teat placement.

See was an interesting yearling, showing lots of promise and she continued to develop much like other Icon daughters, becoming more powerful, deep and wide while maintaining excellent dairy character as she matures. She is lovely to watch as she moves, being smoothly blended and well-balanced.

The shorter of the Sarrano daughters, Shardonay is, perhaps, following in her dam's production pattern; not as high production but holding it longer through the lactation. Her udder is much like her dam's with a  high rear and longer fore, showing the strength of medial and correct teats also.

Shardonay is a well-balanced smoothly blended doe with strong and correct feet and legs, strength of back and levelness of rump. She shows strong dairy character and depth and width of body.

The tallest of the Sarrano daughters, Whisper is also very long and level. She has strong and correct feet and legs, both front and back; a well-attached udder with strong medial and correct teat placement. Her rib spacing is wide, thought she is not as deep in the rear barrel. She is the highest producing of the Sarrano daughters.

Whisper kidded with triplets again this year, one daughter, Not A Worry, remains in the herd.

Ever stands with a very flat and level rump, strong in topline with excellent sharp shoulders. She has always been a favorite in the barn and she knows it!!

Trace and Whitley have combined to produce a very promising daughter, both in correctness and productivity. She is a tall, long, wide doe who shows excellent depth for a first freshener. Her mammary is well attached and capacious.

I feel she will become one of our strongest does in the next couple of years.

Sinfandel is still getting things together and needs a year to mature. She was a bit thin after kidding and was one of our strongest yearling milkers so she is putting things together a little slower than the others. She is a pretty doe who certainly deserves the chance to prove herself!

We are impressed with the length of rump, strength of topline and set to her rear legs. She also has a well attached mammary that holds up well to her level of production

Symi excels in general appearance! She's long and level with beautiful rear leg set, strong in topline with a wide rump and great width between the thurls. I enjoy watching this doe on the move. Her dam was sold to a show herd this spring to keep our numbers within reason.

Shortly after kidding this spring, Sleet suffered from a mineral imbalance which affected her rear pasterns, turning them inward. She had such nice feet and legs, we decided to give her a chance to straighten out. Her udder has a great area of attachment with a high rear and especially long fore, as well as side attachment. She is al8 33 2s 2o strong for production. Hopefully she will continue to improve so she can be the best she was meant to be.

A pretty, correct yearling, Laughter takes after her granddam, Angel Dust. She also has her pretty eyes, which seem to be passed down this line. I think that's something nice to breed for--pretty eyes :)
So, along with her pretty eyes, she also has strong general appearance, and is a deep-bodied doe with good dairy character and a promising udder to top it off.
